Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new drops, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

We currently ship to:
- Puerto Rico
- United States
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note that Marevé is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Marevé is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Marevé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Return Policy
Returns for Store Credit
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Approved returns will receive store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- Sale items
- Any item marked Final Sale
Return Approval
All returns must be approved before being sent back. If you would like to request a return, please contact us at mareveboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued if the item meets our return requirements.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mareveboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.
